Names of underground tube stations printed on edges of pages, which have two punched holes with blue threads through the holes to hold the book together. Some text on the back. Accordion fold between blue endboards with paper title label on front board. Laid in a blue cardboard box - 10" x 5" x 3". One in an edition of 30 initialed copies. Fine.
